• A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon check-in.

• Guests will be held responsible for any damage to resort property.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Pool cleaning is conducted daily at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM by pool staff.
• Visitors are allowed in guest villas only until 10:00 PM.

• Check-out time: 12:00 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: 50% of total booking fee will be charged.
• No-shows or cancellations within 15 days of arrival: 100% of total booking fee will be charged.
• Free private parking is available for all guests.
• Guests are responsible for their vehicles; the resort is not liable for loss or damage.
• Children aged 6 and below stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents.
• Children aged 7 to 11 are charged 50% of the extra person rate.
• Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults.

• All reservations are confirmed only after payment.
